Jordan Lopez better known as Mary Lou was born in raised in Wilmington, Delaware; The First State, a place to be somebody. She attended the Home of the Vikings, Christiana High School where she dreamed about owning her own business and helping shape the narrative about being

 "A Girl From Wilmington."

Mary Lou is the second oldest of seven girls in her family who believes in self worth, respect, and confidence. BodiedByLou was started in 2016 with a dollar and a dream! Being motivated by her biggest supporter which was her mother Kywannia Lopez. 

 

 Relaunching her vision in early September of 2018 with her biggest supporter by her side motivating and pushing for success. Her mother Instilled high customer service and even higher quality in products. On December 23, 2018 Mary Lou lost what seemed to be her everything in her corner to the fight against breast cancer, her mother. Although she didn't allow it to stop her endeavors, she has bossed up and made the qualities her mother instilled her to fund her business. She has now successful built her brand from the ground up and puts her all into helping other ladies #GETBODIED
